Week 4 Waiver Wire: September 29, 2026 | 12-Team PPR | FantasyLineups.com
Injuries have opened opportunities at running back, while emerging receivers and tight ends offer help elsewhere. Here are our top 10 waiver priorities for Week 4. Availability varies by league, and your biggest lineup need should guide your claim order.

1. Braelon Allen — RB, Jets | at Chicago
Allen projects to lead the backfield if Breece Hall misses Week 4 with his quadriceps injury. Hall has not been ruled out, but Allen is our first claim for managers needing immediate running back help.
2. Ollie Gordon II — RB, Dolphins | at Minnesota
Gordon handled 20 touches in Week 3, and De’Von Achane’s season-ending injury creates a lasting opportunity. Jaylen Wright’s possible return makes the workload uncertain, so Gordon still needs to secure the leading role.
3. Juwan Johnson — TE, Saints | vs. Atlanta, Monday
Johnson caught eight passes for 53 yards and two touchdowns after contributing in both previous games. He is our preferred addition for immediate tight end help, with receptions supporting his value beyond the touchdowns.
4. Kenyon Sadiq — TE, Jets | at Chicago
Seven catches for 105 yards and a touchdown make Sadiq an appealing upside addition. Mason Taylor and Adonai Mitchell were unavailable, however, and their returns could reduce his opportunities.
5. Alvin Kamara — RB, Saints | vs. Atlanta, Monday
Travis Etienne’s hamstring injury creates an opening for Kamara. We prefer him among the Saints’ available backs, but competition for touches keeps the initial expectation at PPR flex level.
6. Keenan Allen — WR, Colts | at Washington, London
Allen caught six of nine targets for 63 yards and a touchdown. With Alec Pierce on injured reserve and unable to return before Week 7, Allen offers several weeks of potential PPR help.
7. Jakobi Meyers — WR, Jaguars | at Cincinnati
Meyers turned eight targets into seven catches, 64 yards and a touchdown. His increased involvement puts him back in the PPR flex discussion after two quiet weeks.
8. Devaughn Vele — WR, Saints | vs. Atlanta, Monday
Vele has 15 catches for 172 yards and a touchdown through three games. Check whether he remains available if you need immediate receiver help, while keeping Jordyn Tyson’s eventual return in mind.
9. Mack Hollins — WR, Patriots | at Buffalo
Hollins caught six of nine targets for 87 yards with A.J. Brown on injured reserve. He offers short-term flex help, although New England’s offensive struggles limit confidence in touchdowns.
10. Wan’Dale Robinson — WR, Titans | at Baltimore
Robinson’s 11 targets produced seven catches, 57 yards and a touchdown. That involvement makes him worth considering in full PPR, but Baltimore is a difficult matchup and the volume still needs to hold.
