Fantasy Football Stock Watch:
Training camp injuries, depth-chart movement and changing roles continue to reshape 2026 fantasy football draft boards. Here are five players whose stock changed the most following Tuesday’s news.

STOCK UP — Tre Tucker, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
Tucker continues to look like the Raiders’ potential WR1. He played 9 of 10 snaps with the first-team offense in the preseason opener and remains positioned for a significant role in Klint Kubiak’s offense. The quarterback situation still creates risk, but Tucker’s opportunity is becoming difficult to ignore.
Fantasy impact: A late-round receiver with considerably more upside than his draft cost suggests.

STOCK DOWN — Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints
Kamara avoided a major knee injury, but he’s expected to miss a few weeks, putting his Week 1 availability in question. At 31 and coming off an injury-shortened 2025 season, another knee issue adds risk to an already declining fantasy profile.
Fantasy impact: Kamara moves down while Travis Etienne’s opportunity increases if Kamara isn’t ready.

STOCK UP — Tyjae Spears, RB, Tennessee Titans
Spears continues to make noise in camp, particularly as a receiver. With Tony Pollard, Kalel Mullings and Nick Singleton all missing practice time, Spears has received additional opportunities and has been one of Tennessee’s most active backs.
Fantasy impact: His receiving ability gives him standalone PPR value with significant upside if his workload grows.

STOCK DOWN — Brian Thomas Jr., WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
This is one of the more surprising developments of camp. Thomas has reportedly been sharing No. 3 receiver reps with Travis Hunter and could leave the field in certain personnel packages involving Hunter, Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington.
Fantasy impact: Thomas remains extremely talented, but uncertainty surrounding his snap share lowers his ceiling and makes his current draft price more difficult to justify.

STOCK UP — Kenny Gainwell, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Gainwell continues to emerge as an interesting late-round target. Baker Mayfield praised his versatility, and Gainwell’s receiving production gives him a legitimate path to fantasy value behind Bucky Irving. He caught 73 passes for 486 yards last season, showing he can contribute without needing a traditional starting workload.
Fantasy impact: Gainwell is becoming an increasingly attractive PPR sleeper who could carry standalone value and become considerably more valuable if Irving misses time.
Biggest Takeaway
August is about identifying changes in opportunity before draft rooms fully adjust. Tucker and Spears are gaining opportunities, Gainwell is establishing a role, while Kamara and Thomas have new questions surrounding their fantasy outlooks.

FantasyLineups rankings are updated throughout the preseason as injuries, depth charts, roles and training-camp developments change.
