Week 1 is here, and the quarterback landscape has already changed.
FantasyLineups.com has updated its Week 1 quarterback rankings following the latest injury news, starting-quarterback changes and matchup developments.
The biggest change comes in Atlanta, where the Falcons’ quarterback situation has forced us to adjust our rankings heading into Sunday’s games.
Here is our updated Week 1 Top 10.

1. Lamar Jackson — BAL @ IND ↑
Jackson moves into our No. 1 spot for Week 1. His combination of passing production and elite rushing upside gives him one of the highest ceilings on the slate.
2. Joe Burrow — CIN vs TB
Burrow opens the season at home against Tampa Bay and remains one of our safest elite quarterback plays.
3. Jalen Hurts — PHI vs WAS ↓
Hurts remains an elite Week 1 option. Even with the slight move down our rankings, his rushing and goal-line usage keep his fantasy ceiling extremely high.
4. Josh Allen — BUF @ HOU
Allen doesn’t need a perfect matchup to deliver a huge fantasy performance. His rushing ability keeps him firmly among the elite options.
5. Justin Herbert — LAC vs ARI
Herbert enters Week 1 with an attractive home matchup and enough upside to challenge the quarterbacks ranked ahead of him.
6. Dak Prescott — DAL @ NYG
Prescott gets a divisional matchup against the Giants on Sunday night and lands comfortably inside our Week 1 Top 10.
7. Caleb Williams — CHI @ CAR ↑
Williams is one of our Week 1 risers. The matchup and his ability to create fantasy points in multiple ways give him legitimate QB1 upside.
8. Jayden Daniels — WAS @ PHI ↑
Daniels’ rushing ability gives him the type of ceiling fantasy managers should be chasing. He moves up in our latest update.
9. Jared Goff — DET vs NO ↑
Goff gets the Saints at home and moves into our Top 10 heading into the weekend.
10. Jaxson Dart — NYG vs DAL
Dart rounds out our Top 10 in a Sunday-night matchup against Dallas.
Atlanta’s QB Change Matters
Atlanta’s quarterback situation is one of the biggest developments we’re monitoring entering Sunday.
